When i'm stuck in a rut, i search for something tough.
Then i got the feeling, late night one evening.
I felt so alone, then he called me up on the phone.
He told me there was a party on,
so i had no better choice then to go on.

I had a good time despite what i was leading on.
I'm not the kind of person who shows emotion all night long.
I like to sit still in a corner only minding myself.
Enjoying the night in a slightly different kind of way.

That night was all laughs, till i had to head back.
The nearest bus stop i was far from, had the only bus all night long.
I felt like i had to run,
Where did this urge come from,
When i reached it i felt safe,
All of my urges went away,
I took the bus home,
Then i slept like a stone.

I had a good time despite what i was leading on.
I'm not the kind of person who shows emotion all night long.
I like to sit still in a corner only minding myself.
